This innovative marketing and mobile payment system consists of Send2Mobile™ (US Patent: US9218613 B2), Send2Mobile+ Premium™(US Patent: 14/707,370), Send2Mobile IM™ (US Patent: 14/757,134), and their Send2Mobile Cloud™ (US Patent: 14/545,891).

Send2Mobile™:
Send2Mobile™ is a short message service (“SMS”) based interactive information and marketing system, which provides the User with a means to rapidly and effectively communicate with its customer base. The system represented by this invention is a completely voluntary, opted-in system, by which the customer provides its mobile telephone number or the telephone number of its chosen mobile device to the User and requests that the User forward marketing, promotional and informational materials to the customer. Send2Mobile™ permits the customer to request that certain product specific information be transmitted by the User to the customer visa short message service (“SMS”) text, as said information becomes available. The system permits both the User and the customer to transmit a URL link from the User’s website to a mobile number via short message service (“SMS”) text directly from the web site page. The system further permits the User to forward via short message service (“SMS”) text, a Short Cut Icon to reside on the home page of the customer’s mobile phone or mobile device, which when clicked, will act as a short-cut to the User’s web site

Send2Mobile+ Premium™:
Send2Mobile+ Premium™ relates to a short message service (SMS), multi-media message service (MMS), and enhanced messaging service (EMS) based platform creating interactive communication and a reverse marketing system, which provides merchants, retailers, and/or sellers the means to rapidly and effectively communicate with their respective customers or customer base. The Send2Mobile+ Premium™ system provides customers with the means to directly and rapidly communicate their comments, concerns, product specific inquiries, offers and counter-offers to merchants, retailers and sellers concerning specific products, appearing on specific product pages of the merchant, retailer and/or sellers’ website or e-commerce site from the customer’s mobile device. The Send2Mobile+ Premium™ system further enables the merchant, retailer and/or seller to rapidly and directly respond to the customers’ product specific inquiries, comments, concerns and offers by SMS, MMS or EMS text message containing the information requested and containing an embedded buy now link. The embedded buy now link enables the customer to purchase the chosen product and/or service directly from the SMS/MMS/EMS text message by connecting to any mobile wallet residing on the buyer’s mobile device or by connecting directly to the merchant and/or retailer’s mobile e-commerce checkout page.

Send2Mobile+ IM™:
Send2Mobile+ IM™ is an instant message service (“IMS”) based interactive information, marketing and sales system, which provides a Merchant or Seller with a means to rapidly and effectively communicate with its customer base in order to facilitate the sale of a product or service from a Merchant’s website to a customer via a customer’s mobile computing device. The Send2Mobile+ IM™ system is a voluntary, opted-in system, by which the customer provides its mobile telephone number or the telephone number of its chosen mobile device and the instant messaging system that the customer is using on its mobile device, to the Merchant or Seller. A customer then requests that the Merchant or Seller forward specific information to the customer concerning a particular product or service being sold by the Merchant or Seller. The Send2Mobile+ IM™ permits the customer to request that certain product specific information be transmitted by the Merchant to the customer’s mobile computing device via an instant message service (“IMS”) message, as soon as said information becomes available.

The Send2Mobile+ IM™ also permits the Merchant or Seller to transmit a URL link from the Merchant’s website to a customer’s mobile number via instant message service (“IMS”) message transmitted directly from the web site page. Once received, a customer can then interact directly with a Merchant or Seller, from a customer’s mobile computing device, via the instant messaging service. This permits a customer to make inquiries about products or services, make offers to purchase or even to enter bids in online auction environments. The present invention permits a Merchant or Seller to forward via instant messaging service (“IMS”) message, a URL link which contains a short cut Icon to reside on the home page of the customer’s mobile computing device, which when clicked, will act as a short-cut to the Merchant’s web site. Also, the system invention permits a Merchant or Seller to forward via instant messaging service an instant message containing a URL link, which when selected by a customer permits the customer to immediately purchase a product or service from its mobile computing device.

Send2Mobile Cloud™:
Send2Mobile Cloud™ utilizes cloud-based remote Platform as a Service (PaaS) System, together with a short message service (SMS), multi-media message service (MMS) or enhanced messaging service (EMS) text messaging based platforms to create a near real time interactive communications and reverse marketing system, thereby providing merchants, retailers and or sellers the means to rapidly and effectively communicate with their respective customers via the customers’ mobile computing devices facilitating the sale of a product or service. The merchant’s cloud-based system, which comprises a microprocessor, memory, and communication interface permits the merchant to directly send to and receive messages from the customers’ mobile computing device and to detect and to interface with native applications residing on the customers’ mobile computing device, thereby allowing the customer to execute near real-time processes to request additional product information, make a bid or counter-offer for products or services or to immediately purchase products or services from the customers’ mobile computing device. At the same time, the customer can maintain its own private portal within the merchants’ cloud-based system, which allows the customers to store product information for future reference or for counter-offers concerning specific products or services or to purchase product or services via mobile payment systems native to the customers’ mobile computing device.
